Here’s what to expect for your fertility treatment at Thomson Fertility Centre. Read More >
Thomson Fertility Centre is pleased to offer our patients the facility to freeze and store any remaining suitable embryos resulting from a fresh cycle.
The embryo freezing technique we employ is used in IVF centres all over the world.
The purpose of freezing your spare embryos is to store them for future embryo transfer procedures. For example, if you did not get pregnant after embryo transfer in the IVF cycle, or if your IVF cycle is successful but you wish to have another baby after this pregnancy, you could have your embryos thawed and transferred into the uterus instead of undergoing the whole IVF programme again.
